New Look at the Old Site
I’ve been working hard on my other site, the one with my belly dance costumes. I had forgotten how much fun it can be to update a website. I use DreamWeaver for it (all my others are “canned” software) and it’s nice to “get my hands dirty” and work my brain to get things to work out.
I learned how to use an “include” file so that I’ll be able to change my navigation bars without having to change every single page. I figured out (again) how to change my stylesheet. I changed all of the colors - background, text, everything. I changed the graphic from my dancing woman (who I loved, but was looking a little dated) to a floral design - a little generic, but I wanted simplicity and I like the clean look. The header graphic is new and, once again, cleaner and simpler than the old one.
